- Modifications, Scope, and Acceptance of Projects
All projects developed by Design Market Studio will be executed in accordance with the scope defined in the commercial proposal, contract, service order, or equivalent document accepted by the client.
Changes requested after scope approval may result in modifications to project costs, timelines, assigned resources, or deliverables.
All change requests will be evaluated beforehand and, if accepted by both parties, will be incorporated through the corresponding change management procedure.
The deliverables will be considered accepted when:
- The client grants their express approval through any agreed-upon means of communication.
- Implemented in production at the client's request.
- Five (5) business days shall pass from their delivery without formal written observations.
Unless expressly stated in the commercial proposal or contract, post-delivery support is not included and can be contracted as an additional service.
- Disclaimer
Design Market Studio will provide its services applying good professional practices and adequate technical standards.
However, it does not guarantee specific commercial results, increased sales, market positioning, or determined economic benefits.
